The Singapore industry's practices for the AIRG - a guide to each area, and the AIRG expectation it meets.
The MindForge AI Risk Management Toolkit is the Singapore financial industry's operationalisation of the AI Risk Management Guidelines (AIRG). If the AIRG is the expectations and standards, the Toolkit is the practices: how two dozen financial institutions actually do what the AIRG requires. It was produced by the MAS-convened MindForge consortium and published as a trilogy - an Executive Handbook (November 2025), and an Operationalisation Handbook and Implementation Examples (January 2026) - structured as four pillars and seventeen Considerations.
